Binaries include the stand alone application. You can find all the binaries here http://sourceforge.net/projects/mastermahjong/files/. Note that the projet is in alpha release, so many details have to be fix.
To checkout the code just install svn and run :
svn co https://mastermahjong.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mastermahjong mastermahjong
